Dr. Tom Timmerman is Professor of Business Management and Department Chairperson at Tennessee Technological University. He teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Staffing. He has published research on aggression, leadership experience, personality, and diversity. His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. His research has been featured in the popular press in the Wall Street Journal, ESPN The Magazine, and The Washington Post.
