Dr. Knox taught Paleontology, Paleobiology and introductory geoscience courses until 2017 when he retired from teaching. His current research interests include paleobiology of upper Paleozoic ostracodes and the origin of mudmounds in the Fort Payne Formation of central Tennessee.
