Julie Howard is an Assistant Professor in the College of Education at Tennessee Tech University. She is the primary instructor for the graduate concentration in School Library Science. Dr. Howard has been teaching at Tech for over 16 years. Previously, she was a librarian at Tech, Motlow State Community College, and Middle Tennessee State University. She has proven to be an avid book pusher and audiobook fiend. Graduates of the library science program will tell you that successful librarians collaborate with all aspects of their learning communities and lifelong readers = lifelong learners.
