Dr. Marcum’s courses focus on early childhood special education, developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum, family collaboration, and child development and theory. Dr. Marcum’s current research interests include nature experiences for individuals with special needs, and the impact of teachers’ personal beliefs in the classroom.
