Jackie Nettenstrom is the Administrative Services Coordinator for the Millard Oakley STEM Center at Tennessee Tech University. Her professional background includes customer service, graphic design, custom sign production, CNC plasma fabrication, and several years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
Throughout her career, Jackie has developed a diverse skill set combining creativity, technical problem-solving, organization, and client-focused service. She brings that experience to her work at the Oakley STEM Center, where she supports daily operations, events, communications, and a variety of administrative and creative projects. She is also continuing her education at Tennessee Tech through the School of Interdisciplinary Studies.
