Allen is an alum of Tennessee Tech University from Chattanooga, TN. He received a B.S. in Business Administration - Management Information Systems and a M.P.S. in Strategic Leadership. Allen provides strategic leadership and vision for the offices of New Student & Family Programs, Launchpad Student Success Center, and Center for Career Development. Additionally, he oversees the Freshman Flight Path Attendance Initiative, is the program owner for TechConnect (EAB-Navigate) Student Success Platform, and leads Enrollment Management student success initiatives to support undergraduate student retention and progression. His professional interests are student retention, transition, and professional/career development programs for students.
