Doug Burgess is the multimedia designer behind the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) on social media. They develop the THSO’s social media partner calendar, a monthly media kit for statewide traffic safety educators, as well as design and develop new print materials for the THSO’s outreach in schools and welcome centers. Doug edits videos for THSO’s YouTube and Reels. Doug also assists with site management on the THSO’s TN Traffic Safety Resource Center and TN Lifesavers Conference, providing text and visual updates to pages and graphic design for the homepage carousel slider. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects, Doug is the iCube’s go-to for graphic design consultation, content strategy, and visual branding best practices for projects.
