About
Holly serves as the Manager of the Occupant Protection Center, overseeing the Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Program for the Cumberland and East Tennessee regions. She manages more than 170 fitting stations across the state and coordinates statewide CPS certification courses, instructional trainings, and technician support for certification and recertification. Holly works closely with hospitals, community partners, and families—including those with special needs children—to provide expert car seat education and fitting assistance. Her background includes pediatric nursing, team management, and extensive child passenger safety experience, along with strong interpersonal and hands-on teaching skills. Holly supports TN Highway Safety Office and CPS initiatives and is the go-to person for car seat questions, community events, senior driver programs, and the car fit program.
