Stephanie Scarborough's background is in fine arts with a focus in graphic design and leadership. Her experience includes state and national projects in public safety. She works intricately in developing non-traditional applications for educational use. She serves on the Teen Safe Driving Coalition and Commissioners Council for Injury and Prevention for Tennessee. She has been a Child Passenger Safety technician since 2017.
