A Tennessee Tech alum, Brian has been a member of the ITS team since the late 1990’s. He initially worked for the student help desk before spending several years as a staffer in the department’s data center operations. He joined the IT Help Desk team as an analyst in 2015. Brian’s certifications include CompTIA Security+, Network+, and A+, and ITIL Foundations. His hobbies include photography, long drives, and long walks.
