John is a two-time alumnus from the College of Business at Tennessee Tech University. He currently serves as the Assistant Director for Academic and Client Technologies (ACT) within Information Technology Services (ITS). In this role, John works with members of the campus community and ITS to develop innovative solutions that address needs, solve problems, and advance the efforts of the university.
