This annual accolade recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of alumni who have graduated within the past 10 years or are less than 40 years old. Bryant’s exceptional achievements, dedication to her profession, and positive impact within the community have made her a deserving recipient of this prestigious honor.

Bryant graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, followed by a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Tech in 2011. Following her studies, Bryant joined Smith Seckman Reid's (SSR) civil team, focusing on water and wastewater treatment facilities.

During the early stages of her career, Bryant gained valuable experience by operating multiple pilot treatment plants and providing design and construction administration for plant expansions. Her involvement in a historic sodium hypochlorite generation project showcased her expertise and dedication to her field. In 2016, Lindsay played a pivotal role in addressing a water shortage issue at the Bledsoe County Corrections Complex, working closely with the Tennessee Department of Corrections.

More recently, Bryant’s career has transitioned into an operations role with SSR's horizontal program. Her contributions have been instrumental in numerous projects spanning middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Bryant actively engages with numerous trade organizations, speaks at industry conferences, and regularly contributes to industry publications.

Bryant’s accomplishments were recognized in 2019 when she was named on the Nashville Business Journal's prestigious “40 Under 40” list.

Beyond her professional achievements, Bryant is deeply committed to giving back to the local community. In her free time, she serves on the board of Book'em and is dedicated to promoting literacy and education, enjoys quality time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
