Criminology and Criminal Justice
The criminal justice concentration involves a major in sociology with a large proportion
of course work in criminal justice. Sociology is the study of the development, structure,
interaction and collective behavior of organized groups of human beings. The field of sociology exposes students to population studies, crime and delinquency, marriage and family relations, mass communication, deviant behavior, technology and society, community studies and minority relations.
