The Board will hold a special meeting at 8:00 a.m. CDT for the limited purpose of appointing audit committee members. The previously announced committee meetings (see below) will begin immediately after the adjournment of the special meeting of the board. The regular meeting of the board is scheduled to begin at 1:15 p.m. CDT. (time revised)

Audit & Business Committee - to follow conclusion of Academic & Student Affairs Committee

Board of Trustees - 1:15 pm (time revised)

The Board will host a 30-minute reception for audience members in Bell Hall, Room 260, following the Board meeting.

The Tennessee Tech Board of Trustees will meet in Bell Hall, Room 260, on June 26, at 1:15 p.m. (time revised) Prior to that meeting, a Board special meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m. for the limited purpose of appointing audit committee members and the Academic & Student Affairs Committee and the Audit & Business Committee will follow the conclusion of the special Board meeting. All meetings will be held in Bell Hall, Room 260. Committee start times are approximate; if a committee finishes early (or runs longer than anticipated), the following meeting may begin earlier (or later) than previously scheduled.

Bell Hall 260 has 68 seats available in it, with reserved seats for presenters invited to speak by the board and for support staff. Seats are also reserved for the university’s college deans. Remaining seats in the room are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow space for viewing is in the Bell Hall rotunda. The meeting is streamed over the internet, as well (video will be at bottom of this page once the meeting begins).

Upon completion of the renovation of the Multipurpose Room in the Roaden University Center, the board meetings will move to that location, which will allow for more seating. We anticipate that the September Board meetings will be held in the Multipurpose Room.

Please be aware that Bell Hall is an academic building with classes going on throughout the day.
