General Information:

  1. Do I need to be a Tennessee Tech student to take these classes?
    No. Our non-credit programs are open to everyone in the community. You do not need to apply for university admission or provide transcripts to enroll.

  2. Will I receive a grade or college credit?
    Non-credit courses do not award traditional letter grades or academic credit toward a degree. Instead, you will receive a Certificate of Completion or Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon successful completion.
  3. Is financial aid available?
    Because these are non-credit courses, they do not qualify for federal financial aid (FAFSA). However, many employers offer tuition reimbursement for professional development.

Payments & Refunds

  1. When is payment due?
    All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class.

  2. What is the refund policy?
    Refund eligibility varies by course type. Generally, requests must be made before the course start date. Please call our office at 931-372-3300 to process a refund request.
