2026 Tennessee Tech Summer Music Institute
Registration Now Open!

 

 

The Tennessee Tech Summer Music Institute is an immersive five-day summer festival focused on large ensemble and chamber music experiences for piano, band, choir and orchestra students.

Open to woodwind, brass, percussion, piano, voice, and string students who are rising high-school freshmen through graduated seniors (ages 14 through 18).

The Tennessee Tech Summer Music Institute Dates:

Sunday, May 31 - Thursday, June 4, 2026

Information:

Open to students in the following areas: brass, piano, percussion, strings, woodwinds and voice.

Auditions are not required for participation. Students should have a basic understanding of their instrument and will audition for ensemble placement on the first day.

Tuition and Registration Details

475.00: Full Tuition (includes overnight dorm and meal)
375.00: Commuter* Tuition (no overnight stays and only lunch and dinner is provided)
           *Must live within 30-minutes of Tennessee Tech

Early Bird Registration: Receive $25 off of tuition when you register before March 16, 2026.

Registration Deadline is Monday, May 11, 2026.
