Fitness and Wellness
In the fitness and wellness concentration, students learn about physical wellness
for all ages, motor skills, performance training, and adapted physical activities.
Built in elective hours give students the ability to tailor their degree toward individual
career goals. Used to satisfy undergraduate and graduate credit, up to 6 hours of
electives could be used as part of the Fast Track Program. Upon completion of this
concentration, students will have a minimum of 120 hours of field experience/internship
to add to their resume as well as a minor in science.
