Environmental Geology

Geoscience and environmental geology is designed to prepare graduates for immediate access to entry-level positions in environmental companies with knowledge of materials that make up the planet Earth, the processes that act on these materials, the products formed, and the history of the planet and its life forms. It includes studying the composition of rocks, minerals, fossils, soils, surface and groundwater, and the atmosphere through fieldwork, laboratory analysis, computer modeling and geospatial analysis.
