Career Readiness Certification
Completion of the Career Readiness Certification program is a mandatory requirement for entering the Cooperative Education Program. Please complete the program according to your class status listed below:
› Gold — Freshman/Sophomore
› Purple — Junior/Senior/Graduate
CAREER READINESS CERTIFICATION
Preliminary Report
The Preliminary Report is your first assignment in the Cooperative Education Course. Submit the Email Confirmation PDF, which will be sent to your TN Tech email upon completion, in the designated iLearn assignment folder. Detailed instructions of submission requirements will be listed in the iLearn Assignment folder.

Complete this form and attach it with your Term Report.
› Term Report Outline
Use the guidelines in the iLearn module to prepare your Term Report. A Term Report is REQUIRED for each semester you are on co-op assignment and cannot be a duplicate from the previous semester.
Exit Interview
If you wish to discuss your co-op experience with the Center for Career Development in person, we encourage you to do so. Please request an appointment through your Handshake account and submit the exit interview prior to your appointment date.
