Student Events Calendar Submission
Use the form below to submit an event to the University Student Engagement Calendar,
Student Events website, and digital signage in the RUC. If you have questions or need
assistance, please email StudentEvents@tntech.edu.
Event Submission Guidelines:
- Event must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the start of the event to allow for adequate processing time and advertising
- Event must be on campus or virtual
- Off campus events will only be accepted if they are funded by TN Tech
- Events must be intended for and open to all students (Ex. Recruitment meetings for students orgs are welcomed. Please no submissions for weekly meetings of the group's membership)
- Student organization submitted content is not endorsed by Tennessee Tech and may not reflect the views, positions, or values of the university.
