Student Engagement

Trainings

If your organization or department is interested in some interactive and engaging trainings to help with leadership development, diversity & inclusion, or organization management, the Center for Student Engagement is here to help. We can provide several offerings for your organization or department. Connect with us using the form below and select the types of trainings you are interested in for your organization. The sessions will typically be 45 minutes and more extensive sessions can be provided.

› Who's at the Table?

This is a workshop designed for groups to learn more about each other but also individuals in other organizations in an informal setting with small groups. This can be hosted as a dinner, lunch or small meal (snacks). Participants will learn from each other in small groups led by a facilitator using guided diversity, equity, and inclusion questions related to the groups participating. This is a very engaging way to get to know your members and other members on campus.

› Campus Conversations

Campus Conversation are dialogues that will be centered around current topics or issues that we can learn from each other in safe and inclusive spaces. These will offer a platform to engage student organizations with faculty and staff or other professionals to have conversations that help us to grow by seeing our differences as strengths, celebrate our diversity, and initiate transformative change.
