UNIVERSITY LOAN 2022 FALL TERM
FUNDS ARE LIMITED
This short-term loan is available to students on the first day of classes each semester (Fall, Spring or Summer). It is designed to help students with their account balance so that they may confirm their schedule while allowing them 30 days to get their financial aid in order. During Fall and Spring semesters the loan will only cover the amount needed to make their first deferred payment (25% of the account balance plus a $50 fee). During the Summer, the amount will vary since the deferred payment option is not available for that semester. However, it will be available before the first day of class during the summer term.
The application for this loan is in electronic format. Students must complete the form online and then, if it is determined they are eligible, the student will receive an e-mail to their Tennessee Tech email address with further instructions from the University Loan Coordinator (Claudette Venters, firstname.lastname@example.org).
Students MUST HAVE two co-makers for this loan and three personal references. A credit check will NOT be completed on the co-makers nor on the personal references.
Please have your co-maker and personal reference information BEFORE you complete the
below application. Any incomplete applications or hand written applications will
be returned to the student to complete correctly. **Co-makers must reside at different
addresses. Co-makers must be at least 18 years of age.
Please allow TWO HOURS for processing.
