HOURS OF OPERATION:
College of Fine Arts Buildings & Offices will ONLY be open for foot traffic and student/customer service during the following times:

College of Fine Arts Office:  Tuesday and Thursday 8:00-4:30 ( Closed for lunch 12-1)

School of Art, Craft & Design:  Wednesday and Thursday 8:00-4:30 (Closed for lunch 12-1)

School of Music:  Tuesday and Thursday 8:00-4:30 ( Closed for lunch 12-1)

Appalachian Center for Craft:  Monday 8:00-4:30 (Closed for lunch 12-1)


ASSISTANCE CAN ALWAYS BE FOUND AT ANY TIME VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. PLEASE STAY SAFE AND STAY HOME IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
BFA is not open for student practice nor are the art studios across campus and at the craft center except in the case of thesis students cleared by the School's Director.

About the College of Fine Arts

The College of Fine Arts offers a number of majors and concentrations at the undergraduate level from the School of Art, Craft and Design and the School of Music. All classes are held in state-of-the-art facilities, including craft studios, art education labs, concert, and recital halls. The College’s renowned faculty members are dedicated to hands-on, learning and providing students exposure to a wide variety of fine arts professionals in the field.

Accreditations

National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD)

NASAD establishes national standards for undergraduate and graduate degrees and other credentials. The Department of Art has been accredited with NASAD since 2008.

National Association of Schools of Music (NASM)

NASM establishes national standards for undergraduate and graduate degrees and other credentials. The Department of Music has been accredited with NASM since 1967.
