Friday Café

Friday Café is the hands-on learning experience for foods and nutrition students in Human Ecology. A student-led restaurant, open only on Fridays for lunch, the Friday Café provides a real-world learning experience for students enrolled in HEC 3240 Quantity Food Production. Students experience every aspect of meal management including menu planning, food production, purchasing, service, food sanitation and safety, and marketing.

Students prepare a meal in the Friday Cafe Kitchen.

Friday Café will be open for Spring 2023 semester and we look forward to welcoming you back to the dining room! A carry-out option will also be available. Reservations can be made through the marketplace.
