Congratulations on achieving your degree! Tennessee Tech is ready to celebrate YOU at our Senior Salute event. Senior Salute is hosted prior to Commencement as a one-stop shop for our upcoming graduates.
Spring 2024 Senior Salute
Date: March 21, 2024
Time: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Large Main Gym inside the Burnett Student Recreation & Fitness Center (BURN)
- pick up your cap and gown at no charge
- order your class ring and invitations
- take care of any lingering paperwork
- get help with your career plans
- connect with the alumni center
- sit for your free cap and gown portrait
- say thank you to your family and friends on “Thank You Cam”
- decorate your mortar board cap
- write thank you notes to those on campus who have helped you through your college journey
- talk with candidate readers about name pronunciation
- pick up 4.0 medallions
- free prizes if you participate in the dance cam
- explore graduate school opportunities
There will be free giveaways, along with the chance to receive a special commemorative gift from the university for every senior who attends. All of these offices are at Senior Salute with one purpose — to celebrate you and make sure everything is in place for your big day! Please don’t hesitate to ask questions or let us know if you need help.
If you are unable to attend the Senior Salute, you may pick up your cap and gown at the University Bookstore.
