It is very important to be aware of deadlines and university policies, such as payment due dates, drop/add deadlines, and refund deadlines. You must confirm your schedule or registration fees must be paid in full, or other payment arrangements approved, by the applicable deadlines to avoid schedule cancellation/deletion. Payment of fees automatically confirms enrollment. Even if your fees are fully covered by a scholarship or financial aid with no payment due from you, you must still confirm your schedule via Eagle Online.
- Early Payment/Confirmation
Students who select meal plans or are expecting excess aid should make payment/confirm enrollment about 10 to 14 days prior to the actual start of the semester. If you fail to pay/confirm enrollment 10 to 14 days prior to the start of the semester, selected meal plans will be unavailable and any due excess aid will not be distributed until the student's schedule is paid/confirmed. - Regular Payment/Confirmation Deadline
Students who select courses during registration must pay fees and confirm their scehdule prior to the term beginning to prevent schedule cancelation/deletion and to avoid being assessed a $100 late registration/confirmation fee. The late fee is assessed for fee payments made after the start of the term during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. See below for specific deadlines.
- Final Payment/Confirmation Deadline
Students who select courses after the term begins or have enrolled in Save Your Seat must pay fees and confirm their schedule to prevent schedule cancelation/deletion.
