Divisive Concepts Reporting Form

Under the Freedom of Expression and Transparency Act (the Divisive Concepts Act "the Act"), Tennessee Tech students and employees who believe that a violation of the Act has occurred may file a report of the alleged violation with the University. Tennessee Tech shall investigate the report and take appropriate steps to correct any violation that is found to have occurred.
