The Dean of Students Office provides programs and services that enrich the quality of student life and enhance the academic mission of Tennessee Technological University by:
- Providing leadership to the Office of Judicial Affairs.
- Establish and enforce the community standards pertaining to student life in accordance with the Student Conduct Policy (302).
- Responding to the concerns of students, faculty, staff, parents, and the community pertaining to student life at the University.
- Providing administrative leadership of various areas of student life to include Student Activities, Student Organizations, Greek Life, Tech Activities Board, Campus Compass Information Center, and Roaden University Center.
Tennessee Tech University publishes a clear and appropriate statement of student rights and responsibilities. The Student Handbook includes a comprehensive list of these rights and responsibilities and may be accessed online as referenced in new student orientation. In addition, students may access policies related to their rights and responsibilities through Tennessee Tech University’s Policy Central page.
