Fraud, Waste, or Abuse Reporting
In accordance with Tennessee Tech Policy 131 Preventing and Reporting Fraud, Waste, and Abuse and Tennessee Code Annotated §4-35-107 and §8-50-116, Tennessee Tech has established a hotline to provide a confidential way for individuals to report instances of suspected fraud, waste, or abuse in a manner that preserves anonymity and protects against retaliation. Faculty, staff, students, and the general public are encouraged to promptly report suspected or known fraud, waste, or abuse via the established hotline at the link below.
Anonymous reporting
Information provided anonymously is recorded by a third-party service provider, Ethics Suite, and forwarded to the Office of Internal Audit. No identifying information is sent to the Office of Internal Audit unless you choose to identify yourself during the reporting process. Anonymous reports may be submitted online at EthicsSuite.com/tntech.

Other Misconduct
The Fraud, Waste, or Abuse Hotline was designed to allow anonymous reporting of fiscal misconduct, including ethical, accounting, or financial issues. However, many other types of misconduct can lead to risks and issues. The list below includes violations that may be reported to other campus departments or divisions.
