Fraud, Waste, or Abuse Reporting
The University endeavors to prevent and investigate allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse. To educate departments, Internal Audit has a printable brochure that defines and provides several options for reporting fraud, waste, or abuse, including the option for the complainant to remain completely anonymous. Additional guidance on fraud, waste, or abuse can be found below.
If you have knowledge of fraud, waste, or abuse, please report it to one of the following:
•your supervisor;
