Doing Business with Tennessee Tech
Suppliers may view Tennessee Tech's "Current Bid Opportunities" and obtain copies of an Request For Quotation or Request For Proposal online. We encourage a competitive environment, and suppliers are advised to contact the Purchasing Office at 931-372-3491 with any questions regarding bid opportunities.
How to become a Registered Supplier
Tennessee Tech maintains a database of suppliers that conducts business with the University.
To maintain current and accurate information suppliers not registered with the University
must complete the online registration process for the Supplier Portal.
*Please note that being added to the supplier portal does not indicate the University's
intent to purchase goods or services from your firm, nor does it guarantee any specific
volume if a purchase is made. It simply means that a request to add your business
to our supplier database has been made, and Tennessee Tech has obtained the necessary
information to issue a purchase order or payment if an order is placed.
