These sites offer courses that serve as preparation for the associate's, bachelor's, master's, and specialist degrees.
In the field of education, courses are available that lead to the master's and specialist degrees in **instructional leadership, curriculum/instruction, and educational psychology and counselor education.
The junior and senior level coursework in elementary education is now available through the 2 +2 program at Roane State's campuses in Crossville and Oak Ridge, at Pellissippi State's Hardin Valley Campus in Knoxville, Motlow State Community College in Tullahoma and McMinnville, and Chattanooga State Technical Community College.
Other sites throughout the service area offer courses on an as-needed basis, often serving groups of students who wish to work together toward specific degrees.
The Extended Programs & Regional Development and School of Interdisciplinary Studies service area, (41) counties, is divided into three regions. Each region has its own associate director whose job is to assist students with their educational plans and help Tennessee Tech understand students' course, program, and scheduling requirements. Information about course offerings and registration procedures may be obtained by contacting your associate director. Off-campus site coordinators are also employed by the Extended Programs & Regional Development and School of Interdisciplinary Studies program to provide local assistance and information regarding the development of off-campus classes.
