There is a lot of information on the web about mental health disorders, symptoms and treatment.  Please keep in mind that these are guidelines and do not take the place of professional diagnostic tools and treatment.  Check that your resources are from a reputable site.  I have added some links to get you started.

Campus Blues is a Web site for college and university students looking for more information about ways to handle and approach the stresses and issues of college life. Campus Blues provides information and suggestions on how to deal with issues including eating disorders, high-risk drinking, relationships and academic problems. There are many articles by psychologists and counselors that provide sound advice about mental health and social well-being issues.

Go Ask Alice!

Who is Alice!?:  Alice! is not one person, but a team. The Go Ask Alice! site is supported by a team of Columbia University health promotion specialists, health care providers, and other health professionals, along with a staff of information and research specialists and writers. Our team members have advanced degrees in public health, health education, medicine, counseling, and a number of other relevant fields.
