Craft Center Housing Availability
Smithville, Tennessee
Open to Tech students who are:

- registered for a minimum of 6 credit hours during the fall and spring semesters, 3 credit hours during the summer semester
- classified as a sophomore, junior, senior or post bach
Each bedroom is furnished with:

- 2 twin beds
- 1 end table
- large walk-in closet
- bathroom with a shower
- individually controlled heat and air unit
The fee for each semester (fall, spring, and summer) for the 2024-2025 academic year are:

- Single (one person per bedroom): $2,600 per semester
13 - The fee for each holiday housing period is $100 (see Holiday Housing in the 2024-25 Housing Handbook).
