TimeClock+

TimeClock+ (TCP) is our timekeeping system for all hourly, temporary employees and student workers effective August 1, 2019. For any TimeClock+ questions or assistance, please email Ayla Whittaker or call extension 3713.

  • All supervisors must attend an in-person TimeClock+ training session in order to approve hours. Training will be provided by Human Resources with follow up webinars hosted by TCP trainers. To schedule, please contact Thomas Heard by email.

  • Supervisors will now be required to approve their employees' timesheets through the online portal.  Paper timesheets will no longer be accepted.

  • All hours worked must be approved and corrected by a supervisor by 11:30am on the first working day of the following month the hours are being paid for.

NOTE: TCP does not track hours for scholarship student workers who are not paid through payroll.
