All supervisors must attend an in-person TimeClock+ training session in order to approve hours. Training will be provided by Human Resources with follow up webinars hosted by TCP trainers. To schedule, please contact Thomas Heard by email.
Supervisors will now be required to approve their employees' timesheets through the online portal. Paper timesheets will no longer be accepted.
All hours worked must be approved and corrected by a supervisor by 11:30am on the first working day of the following month the hours are being paid for.
TimeClock+ (TCP) is our timekeeping system for all hourly, temporary employees and student workers effective August 1, 2019. For any TimeClock+ questions or assistance, please email Ayla Whittaker or call extension 3713.
NOTE: TCP does not track hours for scholarship student workers who are not paid through payroll.
