A full refund will be issued for all events and activities canceled by University
Advancement or the Crawford Alumni Center. For events eligible for refunds, registrations
canceled ten (10) business days before the scheduled event, will be assessed a 20%
administrative fee. There will be no refund for a cancellation less than ten (10)
business days prior to the event date. Refunds may be requested by mail, email, in
person, or by telephone. Refund requests are the responsibility of the registrant.
All refunds, regardless of how registrations are made, will be issued through a check.
