Search the Hollister Herbarium Collection
Digital records and specimen images from the Hollister Herbarium are freely available
through the SERNEC data portal. Users may search by scientific name, collector, collection
date, location, county, or other available fields.
The online database is an active and growing resource. Some records currently contain only basic information created during an earlier regional digitization initiative. HTTU is working to transcribe complete label data, standardize records, improve geographic information, and conduct comprehensive quality control.
Search HTTU Specimens in SERNEC
Specimen records are provided for research, education, conservation, and public use. Researchers who discover errors, have updated identifications, or need additional information are encouraged to contact the herbarium.
