Public Programs and Online Exhibits

The Hollister Herbarium engages the public with its collections through guided tours, specimen displays, educational programs, community presentations, online features, and partnerships with schools and public organizations.
Using authentic botanical specimens and their stories, these activities help visitors explore Tennessee’s plant diversity, environmental history, conservation needs, and the enduring value of natural history collections.
