Dr. Khoi Nguyn: Bringing Social Justice Histories to Life

Two major civil rights achievements, the first openly gay elected U.S. official and the first Black U.S. president, are illuminated in a unique intersection of painting, interactive technology, and oral history. Dr. Nguyen, a boat refugee from Vietnam, chronicles his journey to answering the question, "Who laid the foundations for my rights?"
