Have you ever wanted to take a mystery trip with a group of young professionals to discover new leadership skills through the lens of an overarching theme? Yes? Then the COB Leadership Retreat is the experience for you!

Each spring semester, the College of Business takes around 30 students out of Cookeville for a full weekend full of team building exercises, break out sessions, and leadership lessons. That may sound like any other leadership retreat out there, but the real fun starts once the theme is announced. Be prepared to eat, sleep, and breathe that theme for a whole weekend because Mrs. C goes all out!
