- Advanced Construction & Manufacturing Engineering Building SBC#364/011-05-2022
Project Description:
Project includes, but may not be limited to, the construction of a new multi-disciplinary Engineering building with laboratory spaces, machine and wood shops, classrooms, computer labs, various offices, and support spaces. The main three-story building contains a basement and penthouse for various support equipment. A separate, new Foundry building will also be constructed containing new foundry equipment, laboratory spaces, material storage, and building support spaces. An exterior service courtyard will be located between the two new buildings. Site work and landscaping is included in the project.
Denark Construction, Inc. was selected as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for this project and is currently seeking bids from prequalified subcontractors.

- North Whitney Avenue Parking LotSBC#364/011-04-2025
Project Description:
Project includes, but may not be limited to, the demolition and construction required to convert a portion of the existing gravel parking lot to an asphalt paved and striped parking lot. The work includes curb and gutter, underground storm drainage system, site lighting, electrical service, EV charger, license plate reader, erosion and sediment controls under a TDEC NPDES Construction General Permit, landscaping and final stabilization, and all related work. This project will require coordination with the adjacent and currently under construction TTU Residence Hall & Innovation Center project. In addition to the parking lot construction, a portion of North Whitney Avenue will be regraded to new a new drainage system, asphalt paved and striped with curb and gutter on both sides. Concrete sidewalks shall be installed on the east side of North Whitney Avenue and along a portion of the south side of W 10th Street. The project is anticipated to start construction on May 11, 2026, with a completion date of August 10, 2026.
