THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF REMOVAL OF ALL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ON AND AROUND THE SITE AND DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING FOUR-STORY FOSTER HALL. WORK SHALL INCLUDE THE GRADING OF THE SITE TO SERVE AS A LAY-DOWN AREA FOR THE RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS OF THE ADJACENT JOHNSON HALL.

- New Hall North Roof Replacement SBC#364/011-07-2022
Project Description:
This project includes but is not limited to the removal and proper disposal of existing shingles and shingle underlayment to existing plywood deck. Provide new ice and water shield at locations shown on the Plans, continuous shingle underlayment and architectural shingles. Provide new prefinished, Kynar 500 drip edge at eaves and step flashing. Provide new copper flashing at locations shown on Plans. Provide all other work shown on the Plans.

- Derryberry Hall Upgrades Phase 1 SBC#364/011-05-2021
Project Description:
This project consists of a renovation to an existing auditorium space within Derryberry Hall on the campus of Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN. In general, the renovation work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of seating, replacement of three exterior windows, interior finish upgrades & modifications, replacement of lighting, replacement of some interior doors, replacement of mechanical equipment and ductwork (related to the auditorium space only), installation of a new partial building sprinkler system (at the auditorium area and select surrounding spaces only), and the installation of a wheelchair lift.

Project Description:
This project consists of the abatement and demolition of the West side of Tucker Stadium and two ticket booths located at 1151 Stadium Drive, Cookeville, TN 38501. Scope includes minimal site utility relocations and preparatory work for the new structure to be bid in fourth quarter 2024.
Project will be bid through Construction Manager-General Contractor, The Christman Company.
