Project Description:
The project includes site improvements to the rear lawn and patio of TTU Walton House. The scope of work includes removal of existing patio brick and replacing with new crab orchard stone. The existing lawn will be demolished and re-established with sod, and new planting beds. Existing fence and entrance gates to be replaced with new masonry wall. Electrical to be added for power access.

Project Description:
The project includes the replacement of all DDC components listed in the plans for 19 campus buildings. The new controllers shall communicate via a new BACnet-IP network installed as part of the work. Buildings where work will be performed include: Oakley Hall, University Services Building, Bryan Fine Arts, Bell Hall, Memorial Gym, Brown Hall, Prescott Hall, Ray Morris Hall (STEM Center), Matthews Daniel Hall, Derryberry Hall, Southwest Hall, Lewis Hall, Roaden University Center, Clement Hall, Academic Wellness Center (AWC), Pennebaker Hall, Jere Whitson Building, Bartoo Hall, and Military Science Building (ROTC).

- Crossville Research Center Roof Replacement & Window Repairs SBC#364/011-02-2025
Project Description:
Project includes roof and window repair at the TTU Crossville Research Center, in Crossville Tennessee. The scope of work includes removing EPDM roof and insulation to metal/concrete deck and installing new vapor barrier (concrete deck), iso, cover board and adhered black EPDM roof. Some roof drains to be added. Exterior brick walls at windows/shelf angles to receive re-flashing. Wet glazing windows. Upgrading existing lightning arrester system. Exterior CMU walls to receive paint.
