CAE Forum - Information Theoretic Security and Demand-Side Security 

CAE Forum is a live, real-time, online, academic forum where members of the CAE community give non-technical presentations on topics of value to the CAE
community. CAE Forum is about sharing your ideas, knowledge, and expertise to empower and strengthen our community. It’s that simple. CAE Forum presentations are normally held on the third Wednesday of each month during the Fall and Spring semesters

NSF Blockchain REU Opportunity 

This program is to be conducted virtually, but will provide a stipend of $7,800, which includes traineeship, housing and meals, to each participant. Women and students from other underrepresented groups and/or schools with limited STEM research capacity are highly encouraged to apply.

Secure Web Programming Competition 

This competition is organized by Northern Kentucky University and is structured in 5 short challenges, each of which focuses on a different topic in web security. Any university student can enter the competition starting from March 31st, 2021. Participants will need to have basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, and SQL to complete the challenges, but they do not need to have expertise in secure programming as the chat bot can help with that aspect of the challenges.

The US Cyber Challenge's 12th Annual CyberQuests competition is now open until March 28. This Free online competition was designed to see how competitors rank against others throughout the nation.

HoTSoS Symposium

HoTSoS is a research event centered on the Science of Security, which aims to address the fundamental problems of security in a principled manner. The 2021 HoTSoS event, scheduled for April 13-15, 2021, will bring together researchers from diverse disciplines to promote the advancement of work related to the Science of Security.
