Spreadsheet Format for Bulk Upload Requests
If you maintain a course that is non-academic, meaning it is not connected with Banner,
you can submit a request to have the users for the course uploaded using a spreadsheet.
These requests must be in a specific format.
The actions we can do in bulk are the following.
- Enroll users already in the system
- Unenroll users from a course
- Import external users (ONLY WITH COURSES ON 2ND D2L SERVER - TTUEPRD)
Spreadsheets should contain the columns of data listed below and saved as an CSV. No heading row.
Enrolling Users on iLearn
This will enroll the users into the class as the role specified. These users must already have accounts in the current system. TN Tech users will always use their campus username and credentials to access these systems.

Unenrolling Users on iLearn or TTUEPRD
This will unenroll the users from the course specified.

Import Users Into a Class - Only on TTUEPRD
This option is only available for courses on TTUEPRD (2nd D2L Server) for programs who have paid for the users being imported.
