About Reserved Parking

A Reserved Parking Permit allows you to park in any designated reserved parking space within the designated reserved lot associated with your permit. Reserved permits are not assigned to a specific parking space. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis within the reserved area.

Permit Cost

The annual cost is $800.

The permit fee will be deducted through payroll and divided into installments from September through May rather than requiring full payment upfront.

When you are ready to obtain your permit, please contact Parking & Transportation Services at parking@tntech.edu or 931-372-6428. Once contacted, we will update your AIMS account eligibility, allowing you to purchase a Reserved parking permit.

Reserved Parking Vinyl Cling

  • Each permit holder receives one reserved parking vinyl cling.
  • The cling must be displayed on the inside lower-right corner of the rear windshield.
  • If you drive a different vehicle, transfer the cling before parking in the reserved area.
  • Email parking@tntech.edu with updated license plate information when vehicles change.
  • Vehicles without a properly displayed cling may be cited and/or towed.
  • Vinyl clings can be picked up at the Parking & Transportation Office, Room 122, Roaden University Center.

Parking Guidelines

  • Park by pulling forward into space rather than backing in.
  • Reserved parking is available only within your designated reserved lot.
  • Reserved permits are valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
  • Permits are non-transferable.
  • Unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed and/or towed.
