College Town Weekends is a promotion that combines both on-campus and off-campus events into one list so students can easily find weekend activities of interest. Students are encouraged to take advantage of all that Tech and the surrounding community have to offer. After all, Cookeville is Tennessee’s college town!

Art Prowl

ART Prowl is Art Round Tennessee's annual two-day art fair in Cookeville on November 12-13, 2021. See over forty artists local to Tennessee's Upper Cumberland exhibiting in small businesses, galleries, and studios throughout Cookeville's Downtown and West Side. Art Prowl features artwork for sale, artist demonstrations, workshops, and other art-filled fun!

Dr. Gerald Bentley ALS 5k Run/Walk

In honor of Bro. Dr. Gerald Bentley the Chi Lambda chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is hosting the annual ALS 5k Run/Walk. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of ALS. The proceeds from this run will go towards establishing the Dr. Gerald Bentley Scholarship.

Homecoming Parade

Join us for Tech Back In Time: Homecoming Through The Decades! Students, faculty, staff, alumni and the community are welcome to celebrate Tech's homecoming during the parade, which will include local high school marching bands, community organizations, Tech Greek organizations and the homecoming court!

Tailgating is free but spots are limited! Call (931) 372-3861 or email to reserve your tailgate spot. Live music from band Taysed and Confused starting at 10:30 a.m. until the start of the game. Golden Eagle Walk at 11:15 a.m., Golden Eagle Marching Band at 12:30 p.m.

The Bryan Symphony Orchestra Association has returned to the stage for the 2021-2022 concert season, entitled "New Beginnings!" Join us in bringing music back into Wattenbarger Hall as we celebrate a new season highlighting diverse and underrepresented repertoire and composers.
