SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:


Fall 2018 Fees will be live on student accounts on July 12, 2018.  An email will be sent to all enrolled Tennessee Tech students notifying them of the assessed fees.  At that time students my begin to pay and confirm their schedule for the upcoming fall semester.



What is the Bursar's Office?

"Bursar" is a term unique to higher education and means 'keeper of the funds'. The office includes cashiers, accounts receivable and loans receivable. The Bursar's Office collects tuition, fees, and other university-related charges including campus housing. The office also processes and disburses all loans and excess aid to students.

The mission of the Bursar's Office is to provide friendly and professional service to students, faculty, staff, and anyone associated with the University. The department's mission is also in direct support of the University's mission and in support of the student recruitment and retention goals of Tennessee Technological University.

FERPA: Tennessee Technological University intends to fully comply with The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). FERPA affords students certain rights with respect to their education records.

Privacy Rights: On May 20, 1975, Tennessee Tech approved a statement of policy that includes provisions for the release of information about students and the rights of students and others to have access to Tech's education records.

These costs for in-state students taking 12 credit hours per semester and are comprised of the direct per semester costs of attending Tennessee Tech University. Some courses may require additional fees.
