Deferred Plan - 3rd Installment Due

If you enrolled in a deferred payment plan, your 3rd installment is due on Friday, October 30, 2020. A late fee will apply to late installments.

Did you confirm your Fall 2020 schedule using a deferred payment plan?  If so, don't forget your 2nd installment is due on September 30, 2020, 3rd installment is due on October 30, 2020, and the last installment is due on November 30, 2020.

2020-2021 Fees Released

Current Tech students will continue under the per credit tuition and fee model, with new students – either incoming freshmen or transfer students – coming under Tech’s new flat-rate tuition model, which was approved at the board’s March 2020 meeting.

Reduced Domestic OST Rates

Starting Fall 2020 Domestic Out-of-State students can come to TTU at reduced Rates. Domestic UG Students can save $6,228 per semester and Domestic GR students can save $5,870 per semester!

Credit Card Convenience Fee

All credit card payments on student accounts will be assessed a 2.85% ($3.00 minimum) credit card convenience fee.  Students can avoid this fee by making payment on their account using an electronic check (ACH) or physical check.

What is the Bursar?

"Bursar" is a term unique to higher education and means 'keeper of the funds'. The office includes cashiers, accounts receivable and loans receivable. The Bursar's Office collects tuition, fees, and other university-related charges including campus housing. The office also processes and disburses excess aid to students.

The mission of the Bursar's Office is to provide friendly and professional service to students, faculty, staff, and anyone associated with the University. The department's mission is also in direct support of the University's mission and in support of the student recruitment and retention goals of Tennessee Technological University.
