Laboratory Science Commons (SBC #166/011-11-2013)
Current work:
- Chiller Plant sewer upgrade in progress
- Roofing has begun
- Structural steel erection complete
- Perimeter studs completed in area C
- Concrete column pours started (first lift is 12’, then 8’ then 4’)
- Fireproofing complete in all areas with finish slabs
- Lecture Hall foundations and concrete walls complete

Upcoming:
- Welding brick relief angles ongoing
- Lower courses of brick veneer continues
- Plumbing underground in progress
- Roofing at gables of area A

Marc L. Burnett Student Recreation and Fitness Center
(SBC #166/011-13-2014)
Current work:
- Rough in of HVAC continues; building units have been placed and installed
- Plumbing and electrical work continues
- Building is now “dried in”, and windows have been installed in many areas. Window installation is continuing building wide.
- Roofing work nearing completion
- Interior walls are now being installed
- Masonry work continues
- Pool infrastructure, pumps, and plumbing work is nearing completion

- Continuation of above work
- As interior spaces take shape, work in individual spaces will occur
- Completion of glass work and masonry.

- Design of poultry houses been finalized
- Design of multipurpose building being finalized, including lab space, abbatoir and processing room, and all equipment layouts
