Tech Village Apartments

Tech Village is our apartment option for students (sophomore and above) living on campus and is located on the northwest side of campus across Willow Ave. We strive to ensure our Tech Village apartments provide you with a comfortable and home-like environment at the lowest possible cost. By living on campus, you become part of a vital living-learning community and make friendships that will last a lifetime.

Below are the room types of the Tech Village on-campus apartments. Please note that all apartments have been renovated in phases and have been named accordingly. Please note: Freshmen are not eligible for Tech Village housing.

What's Included?

All apartments include:

All utilities (water, electricity*, phone with voice mail, cable, and internet access/WiFi)
No-charge laundry facility
Stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator
Washer/Dryer Hookup in suite style apartments (MUST BE HOOKED UP BY STAFF)
Community Center with community/study area, computer room, and vending machines (drinks, snacks, and ice).

*Electricity will be included in utilities beginning Fall 2023

NOTE: All Spring 2023 and Summer 2023 apartment residents are responsible for their own electricity, which is independently contracted with the city, prior to checking in. Per the note above, electricity will be included in rates starting Fall 2023 (August 1, 2023).

Tech Village Rates

Rate information has been updated based on approved rate increases.

Only one roommate is allowed per apartment (2 students total) with the exception of the Two Bedroom Suite, which allows up to three roommates in the apartment ( 4 students total).

Please keep in mind:

Tech Village residents are responsible for finding their own roommate. Residential Life does not find roommates for residents in apartments.
The individual rate listed below is the full rent rate if a resident is by him/herself. The RM rates are the rates split up between roommates.
If a resident loses a roommate, the remaining resident is responsible for the full rent.
