Information Technology Services (ITS) & the IT Help Desk The IT Help Desk is available to assist you with any campus technology questions like setting up your email, logging into TechExpress, accessing student software, wifi, resetting your password, and more. TechExpress TechExpress is our campus digital portal. It gives you one-click access to most Tech services, like campus email, student account information within Eagle Online, TechConnect, iLearn, LinkedIn Learning, and so much more. iLearn iLearn (Brightspace) is Tech's online course content platform. Depending on your class and instructor, you may have additional information related to class assignments, quizzes, tests, or course materials within iLearn. TechConnect TechConnect is an online tool that brings student services like academic advising and tutoring information together in one location. Enrolled Tech students are able to... 1) Make an appointment with their Student Success Center Academic Advisor; 2) Schedule Tutoring; 3) Track their Math Emporium required hours; 4) Library Research Help and Archives assistance; 5) Receive feedback from professors and advisors (professors will choose whether to participate); 6) Access student services and support on campus; & 7) Access to a Notary Public.
