    Chance Transitional School in Putnam County

    Chance Transitional School is looking for a special individual who has a passion for teaching and an understanding of specific needs of a wide variety of students. Chance Transitional students are typically 12-18 and reside for 3-6 months, but need a comparable transition from their previous schools and schedules. The students come from varying backgrounds, so a teacher who is able to have structure but also compassion is a must. The candidate must hold a current and valid teaching license, be qualified in secondary education and have a 460 or 461 endorsement. Pay will be comparable based on experience and qualifications.

    Teach901 is a collaborative effort to recruit high-quality teachers to work in high-needs schools in

    I have 2 fourth and 2 fifth grade positions available at Lafayette Elementary School. We are working on a team teaching schedule rather than self-contained classrooms. Class sizes will be determined by how many teachers we have, but will be from 20-26 students. We are a 1 to 1 Chromebook student ratio and use Google classroom. Each classroom is equipped with a Newline panel so we are well equipped with technology. Veteran teachers are welcoming to new teachers to help mentor them and lead them to great things.

    Camp Discovery

    Camp Discovery is looking for counselors! Counselors are expected to give care and assistance to 2-4 campers each week. Camper’s individual abilities vary; meaning counselors are expected to help with dressing, feeding, toileting and showering needs if needed. In classes, counselors will need participate with their campers and have enthusiasm and excitement to help make the activities successful.
