    Course Modality and Attendance Tracking

  • Submitting Last Date of Attendance (LDA)

The U.S. Department of Education requires (34 CFR 668.22) the Office of Financial Aid to determine if a student who receives financial aid and fails to earn a passing grade in a course has actually attended and/or completed the course, or if they withdrew from a course without providing the university official notification. In addition, for students who officially withdraw we are required to document that they also began attending the course(s) from which they withdrew in order to determine the type and amount of financial aid they may be eligible to retain. Since a student could be a financial aid applicant at any point during the academic year, we must collect this information for all students, so that financial aid eligibility can be accurately determined.

Click the link below for information about entering the Last Date of Attendance (LDA) through Eagle Online.

    University Grading Scale

Incomplete grades will need an Incomplete Grade form.

    Incomplete Grade Form

Need to change a grade online? No problem! Instructions are here.

Just make sure that the grade you are entering is not for a grade that was entered longer than a year ago. After a full calendar year, a paper grade change form (along with your valid photo ID) will have to be completed and turned into the Registrar's Office in person to make the change. If you're not sure, just get in contact with us and we will be happy to help!

  • Substitution Requests

    Adding Documentation to Substitution Requests

The current substitution workflow process does not have a way to add documentation other than text added to the comment section on the substitution.  However, a system has now been put in place to allow advisors to scan and index documents to data imaging.  Department Chairs, Deans and General Education can now view this documentation when needed when reviewing substitution requests.  Below are instructions on uploading and viewing the documents.
